The one conversation that is never ending is the converstaion with self. We don’t even realise it and we are in a continous dialogue with self. Often we tell ourselves a lot of things, call ourlselves names and even give ourselves labels. In doing all this we can be harsh and judgemental. We love to call ourselves ‘Our Worst/Best Critic’ . We are barely kind to ourselves in normal days and our inner critic has a fiield day when we make a mistake in action or speech. We literally crucify ourselves.
